New Year Exercise! Stretch at Home!

Happy New Year everyone! If you're like me, it's taken a little bit of time to get some full rest before starting any "New Year Resolutions". I feel like they might as well call November the New Year since it forces you to kick into gear and celebrate everything! Is it just me? You have to get things ready, you're thinking what is best for the family, what gifts to give, what games to play.. then finally, after the 1st, you can REST! I'm not a fan of starting things on the 1st of January each year.
